In order to comply with AICTE Regulation vide letter no 1-103/AICTE/PGRC/Regulation/2021 dated 25/03/2021, for student or other stake holders in an Institution, “Ombudsman” & “Grievance Redressal Committee” of Oxford College of Management, Bhubaneswar, has been constituted with following Staff in different positions to enquire the nature and extent of grievance.
As per the decision at the Office of the Principal/Dean,the following committee has been reconstituted on 20.05.2026.Chairman: Prof. (Dr) Kailash Mohapatra

All the students and their parents may henceforth approach the Grievance Redressal Mechanism and submit any grievance online. The GRM shall meet as and when requires and assess the merit of the complaint. The decision of the GRM will be intimated to the complainant / hosted in the website. In case of any false / frivolous complaint, the GRM will take appropriate action against the complainant.
