OCEM- A leading technical institution in the capital city of Odisha, India runs under the aegis of " Sai Radhakrishna Seba Education and Charitable Trust", Bhubaneswar with the motto to promote technical/professional education in the country. Besides OCEM, the Trust Planning to run Oxford +2 science residencial college, Oxford Nursing college, Oxford pharmacity college, Oxford hospital & medical college. The Trust is running another two colleges Oxford School of Polytechnic and Oxford College of Management. Our Courses

Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering deals with the design and production of machines, processes and conversion systems involving mechanical work and energy conversion.

Electronics & Telecommunication

Focuses on electronic circuits, microprocessors, and narrowband/broadband communication technology. Intake capacity: 60 students.

Automobile Engineering

Deals with designing, manufacturing and operating motorcycles, buses, and trucks, including software and safety elements.

Computer Science & Engineering

Covers Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and System Development. Computers are now integral from home appliances to satellites.

Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Combines Electrical Engineering with specialized Electronics and Computer courses for power generation and control systems.

Civil Engineering

Prepares students for large-scale construction activities and technological developments required for infrastructure growth.

Electrical Engineering

Equips students to master power, communication, and automation through rigorous math and physics foundations.

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Oxford College of Management offers a 2-year full-time program approved by AICTE and affiliated to BPUT, Rourkela.

Total Intake: 180 per year | Structure: Dual Specialization

Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

Designed to transform students into IT experts for companies like Infosys, Wipro, and TCS.
